"My first order from Beginning Boutique! I wore this for my company holiday party. The material was stretchy and comfy. Lengthwise, I am 5’3” and wore 3 inch heels and it wasn’t dragging on the ground. The dress stayed up despite being strapless however the fold-over top tends to ride up. Got so many compliments all night long - I will be ordering from this site again!"
