Most items that are available on Beginning Boutique are held in stock, and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified). 

Once your payment has been approved, your item will  be packed and dispatched. All orders placed before 12pm are shipped that business day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following business day.

If there is a problem with your item ordered we will contact you and send as soon as possible.  Please Note that the delivery time frame if specified on the product is the timeframe we will adhere to - not which type of shipping you order. 

Beginning Boutique does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses and provide Registered Australian Post parcels as a postal option.

Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

Beginning Boutique offers regular and express postage options calculated by weight. Therefore, the more you purchase, the higher the postage charge. For packages <500g:

• Express Post $9.20
• Package will arrive next day for metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers. Tracking codes are available, and Australia Post includes insurance up to $50 on orders lost in the mail.
• Australia Post will email you your tracking code. 
• Regular Post $6.35
• Package will arrive in 1-7 business days. 
• There is tracking for this item which will be sent to your email from Australia Post.

International Orders (Outside Australia)

Beginning Boutique ships to the Americas, Europe, Asia and New Zealand, offering both registered or unregistered air mail calculated by weight.

• Air Mail $15-$30
• Package will arrive in 7-10 business days. There is no tracking code or insurance for this option. Beginning Boutique takes no responsbility for mail sent unregistered.
• Registered Air Mail $15-$20
• Package will arrive in 7-10 business days. Tracking codes are available.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on Beginning Boutique are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Tracking

Domestic orders or Registered Mail for international orders, a postage confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered to your Beginning Boutique account.

Where is my package?

If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at shipping@beginningboutique.com.au. Please bear in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
