Shipping 

Beginning Boutique deliver to Australia and internationally with Australia Post and DHL Courier.
All orders placed before 9am are shipped that business day. Orders placed after 9am will ship the following business day. This is QLD AEST time.

Item availability: Most items that are available on the website are held in stock, and are ready to ship once payment has been made (unless otherwise specified). If there is a problem with your item ordered we will contact you via phone or email and send as soon as possible. Please note that some items are available to be pre-ordered and have a specific shipping date in the product description.

Beginning Boutique does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses and provide Registered Australian Express Post parcels as a postal option.

Delivery costs

Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

Beginning Boutique offers free express postage on all Australian orders.

Package will arrive next day for metro customers, or in 1-3 business days for regional customers. Tracking codes are available, and Australia Post includes insurance up to $50 on orders lost in the mail. Australia Post will email you your tracking code.

Overnight delivery to metropolitan areas. Tracking and redelivery available.

International Orders

Free Shipping for orders over $100 AUD for US and rest of world. Free for NZ over $50 AUD

Beginning Boutique ships to most countries all over the world offering international airmail, pack & track for selected countries or DHL courier.

International Air Mail (calculated at checkout)

Package will arrive in 7-10 business days. There is no tracking code or insurance for this option. Beginning Boutique takes no responsibility for mail sent unregistered. If you qualify for free shipping your order will be shipped with this method.

Pack & Track (calculated at checkout)

This option is available for customers in the United States, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Your package will arrive in 3-10 business days. If you qualify for free shipping and live in one of the mentioned countries your order will be shipped with this method and you will receive a tracking code email from Australia Post. 

DHL - $20.00

Courier shipping available to all international destinations. Delivery is made within 1-5 business days.  Tracking and redelivery available.

Taxes & Duties

All prices on Beginning Boutique are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Tracking

Tracking is available for all domestic orders. A postage confirmation email with the tracking code will be sent to the email address registered to your Beginning Boutique account.  Free shipping internationally is not tracked unless you live in a country where pack & track is available. We take no responsibility for orders that don't arrive therefore we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to insure your parcel arrives safely.

Where is my package?

If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at info@beginningboutique.com.au to get an exact delivery estimate. Please bear in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
