It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Beginning Boutique. If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we provide store credits on all purchases. The credit expires in 12 months, and can be used on any item in store.   Or if you have your eye on something else right now we do offer exchanges.

However, all returns must be back into store within 14 days or purchase. 

POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDED/ ADDED TO YOUR CREDIT. 

PURCHASES USING DISCOUNT CODES OR ON SALE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE RETURNS. 

THE FIRST RETURN IS FREE, SUBSEQUENT RETURNS MUST BE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. 

To return or exchange your item:

1. Log in to the Members page. Request a Return in the right sidebar. If you cannot access the Return Requests button, please email your request to info@beginningboutique.com.au with your order number.

2. If your item was full-priced, we will contact you via the email on your account to arrange a return. If your item was on sale, you are obliged to cover the return postage costs. Post the item back to us within 7 days of the return approval.  Send with a note of your order number and name to:

3. We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or exchange. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. ALL TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. 

Any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted due to health and hygiene standards of Beginning Boutique.  These items will be deemed accepted by the customer. 

International Orders do not have free returns and must be sent back by the purchaser.  We must receive them within 14 days of return approval. 

We do not hold items for exchange while your item is being sent back, we also do not any exchanges via email because mistakes happen this way and you may change your mind on what exchange you want while the item comes back.
