It's really important to us that you love your purchase from Beginning Boutique. If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit or doesn't suit, we offer credit notes and exchanges. Credit notes expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item in store. 

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the ACCOUNT section, and click Request a Return in the right sidebar. If you cannot access Request a Return, please email your request to info@beginningboutique.com.au with your order number;
2. Return the item to us. If your item was full-price, we will contact you via the email on your account to arrange a free return. If your item was on sale or purchased with a discount code, you are obliged to cover the return postage costs.
3. Post the item back to us within 7 days of the return approval. Send with a note of your order number to Unit 1, 23 Anthony Street, West End QLD 4101 Australia

We will assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or exchange. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. 

We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back. 

Conditions of Returns:

• Returns must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase
• Any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted
• Purchases using discount codes or or sale do not qualify for free returns
• The first return is free for full-priced items, however subsequent returns must be covered by the customer
• We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty and if we do not have a replacement.
• Makeup or any beauty products cannot be returned.

• International orders do not qualify for free returns
• Returns must be returned to the store within 21 days of purchase
• Any items returned after 21 days of purchase will not be accepted
• We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or if we do not have a replacement. Postage on faulty orders will be applied as a credit to your account
