How do I make a purchase?
After you have found the product that you like and chosen the size and colour, click on the add to cart button and follow the prompts at the top of the screen. If you are having any difficulties call us on +61 73254 3607 or email us at info@beginningboutique.com.au.
Can I order by phone?
Yes you can! Find the item that you like, know your size and the colour and call us on +61 73254 3607 and we can put the order through for you! Make sure you have your credit card details ready.
How do I contact customer care?
At the top of this page there is a link called contact, click on this and there is a form that you can fill out and send to us or you can call us on +61 73254 3607, or email us at info@beginningboutique.com.au.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most items that are shown when you have searched the products are in stock. If the size that you would like does not appear in the sizes listed on the product page we are sold out in your size. If you would like to order an item email us at info@beginningboutique.com.au or let us know through the contact form using the contact page shown in the menu above.
What payment methods does Beginning Boutique accept?
We accept visa, mastercard and visa debit cards. As well as this if you organise with the team via phone call or email we can accept EFT/ direct debit.
Is it safe to make a purchase on Beginning Boutique with my credit card?
We have designed the site to be a safe as possible! We have a page designated to online safety, you can read about our safety measures there. Follow the links above for Customer Service and then click on the online privacy link.
How will I know if Beginning Boutique has received my order?
You will receive an email after placing your order with us confirming that the order has been processed. If you have any questions about your order please call us on +61 7 3254 3607.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can. When you receive your confirmation of your order we have then contacted DHL to ship your parcel or alternatively if you requested to use Australia Post we have contacted them. This means that your parcel has a tracking number assigned to it. If you would like your tracking number please email us at shipping@beginningboutique.com.au and we will send this to you. You can track your DHL parcel with SMS or your Australia Post parcel with their website. You will need to purchase you item as a member to use the member tracking facilities.
What kind of packaging will I receive my order in?
We believe online shopping should be more fun than in store shopping because you get the thrill of purchasing the item as well as it being delivered like a present to your door! Depending on your choice of delivery the item will first come packaged in their designated packaging, then on the inside of that you will find your item in a luxurious laundry bag, gift wrapped in tissue paper with our signature stickers and tags attached.
Will Beginning Boutique have seasonal sales?
Yes we will! Sign up to our monthly newsletter to receive notifications or sign up to be a member and gain a discount that builds to 10% just for shopping! We may be having a sale right now, click on the shop page then follow the links to the sale page.
Who designed the artwork for Beginning Boutique?
Rumpus Design a powerhouse Australian duo produced all of our amazing concepts and artwork. They are a wonderful team to work with and we would highly recommend them for all of your artwork needs! Visit their website at www.rumpusdesign.com.
Who does your photography for of the products?
Starting from October 2009 we have had the fantastic Bonnie Curtis on board taking photos in her studio. If you are looking for someone to help you with your look books or images please email her on akabiihart@gmail.com .
Our events photography and on loacation photography is taken by Libby Forsyth. You can book her via email at e.forsyth@hotmail.com
We would highly recommend both of these photographers. But see for yourself!
